Exact Number:

Expert Robert Geller said that in a country with 54 nuclear reactors..." 22nd sentence.
I think it was approximated because it would be quite unreal for the number of homes to be exactly 471,000 and they said it was approximated.
It was rounded up to the
nearest thousand.
